Rock City offers numerous adventures some of which include: Lover's Leap, Seven States Flag Court, Swing-a-Long Bridge and the Sky Bridge. Lover’s Leap is one of the most romantic and iconic spots in Rock City, offering a sweeping view of the surrounding landscape. Legend has it that two lovers leaped to their fate here, but today, it’s a place of beauty and reflection, perfect for couples and photographers alike. The Seven States Flag Court is one of Rock City’s most famous viewing spots, where visitors can gaze out over the horizon and potentially spot seven different states on a clear day. With flags representing each state and incredible panoramic views, this is a must-see destination. The Swing-A-Long Bridge is a thrilling suspended bridge that sways gently as you walk across, offering unbeatable views of the valleys below. Sky Bridge offers an exhilarating experience as you walk across a high suspension bridge with panoramic views of the countryside.

Assuming restoration has been completed following the December 2024 fire which damaged the railway, the Incline Railway is a popular tourist attraction. One of the steepest passenger railways in the world, the Incline Railway takes 10 minutes to travel each direction. At the top , the Lookout Mountain station features the best panoramic views of the Tennessee Valley from its observation deck. Just a short walking distance away are many points of Civil War interest, including the site of the Battles for Chattanooga.

Journey deep inside historic Lookout Mountain to see the tallest and deepest underground waterfall open to the public in the United States! Descend 260 feet by glass-front elevator to begin a guided walk along the paved half-mile cavern trail for a close-up view of thundering Ruby Falls.

Point Park is a ten acre memorial park that overlooks the Lookout Mountain Battlefield and the city of Chattanooga. There is a paved walking path around the park that takes visitors by several historic tablets, monuments. Confederate artillery positions, and scenic overlook. The largest monuments in Point Park is the New York Peace Memorial, which was erected by the state of New York as a tribute to peace and reconciliation between Union and Confederate veterans after the war. Inside Point Park, at the point of the mountain, is the Ochs Memorial Observatory. Inside are exhibits on Civil War signaling, photography, and Moccasin Bend, which is visible below the point. Just outside of the park is a visitor center with exhibits on the Civil War campaign for Chattanooga, including a large painting "The Battle Above the Clouds." Admission to Point Park is $10 per adult.
