Our Big Day Is On The Way!

Well Francis asked if I would go to a baby shower with her Saturday, June 24, 2017... I really was being lazy and just wanted to stay home... However if you know Francis... This was not an option. "GET DRESSED!" Well needless to say when we got there, a CUTIE was sitting next to her. He caught my eye immediately.. (come to find out I caught his eye too) Well he had a ring on his left ring figure Soooo I was NO LONGER PAYING ATTENTION. I stopped trying to be cute and went right along being my loud and silly self. Unbeknownst to me these strangers that I was laughing and talking with would become family. Well as we're headed to the car... We see her "cuz" Jumar ( the cutie from the table) headed our way. I was of course un-bothered because HE'S MARRIED or so i thought... Well obviously this was a set up because he stopped me by standing in front of me and Francis continued to her car. I promptly put a stop to this conversation and asked about the ring on his finger. He was so embarrassed because he normally wore it on the right hand. He explained that he was NOT married and had been watching me all during this shower. I told him that on that Monday I would be leaving town for 3 weeks so maybe we could go out when I got back. That wasn't an option for him. He said there was no way he could let me leave and not get the chance to take me out. That next day after church we met at Texas Roadhouse in Tupelo. He was such a sweetheart. We talked for HOURS... literally almost 3 full hours!!! No Phones. No awkward silence Just constant laughter and conversation. It was hands down the BEST. DATE. EVER. We didn't want to leave but the restaurant was closing... lol The rest my loves is HISTORY... We've been together ever since. God is so AWESOME.. He has truly blessed us with each other.
