Please let us know if we should count you or not no later than February 6th!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let loose.
We love your young ones - we really do, but due to ongoing COVID restrictions & the wedding location on the river we would respectfully appreciate it to be child free. Please feel free to contact us if there are any questions or considerations regarding this matter.
There are a lot of details that we have coordinated based off of our RSVP count. If you weren't able to RSVP by 2/13 at the latest we unfortunately haven't arranged accommodations for you. You are more than welcome to join us still, just please bring your own chair and a sandwich.
We are working to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, but ultimately each guest assumes responsibility for their own health & safety if attending. We understand this is a challenging time & are happy to answer any additional questions you might have. -Please arrive with masks on, we will have spares on hand. -There will be a hand sanitation stations for use. -The ceremony will be hosted outdoors, with a tented reception. Seating, dinner & bar lines will be organized in a socially distanced manner. -We ask that masks be worn if social distancing cannot be maintained, but can be removed while seated for dinner. -Upon entering the reception tent, we have orchestrated a comfort band system to help guest maintain their own safety preferences. If you wish to keep socially distanced throughout the event please sport a provided band to advise other guests. -If you don't feel well, or have been exposed in the past 14 days we kindly ask that you please stay home.
Designated parking will be in the first lot across from the main building on top of the hill. Golf cart shuttles will be available to transport guest down the hill to the river front grounds.
