What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:55 in order to make it to your seat in time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is not a specific dress code, but please look nice. Additionally, please take the weather the day of the event into consideration. We all know that Reno can produce blizzard like conditions or sunny and 75 in the middle of October.
