Our ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, with the reception immediately following inside the barn. Since it will be December, we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap and dressing accordingly for the weather. In the event of rain or inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside the barn, so no need to worry! The ceremony and reception are both located at the same venue, and no travel between locations will be necessary.
Yes! Parking is available at the venue. Please note that vehicles are not permitted to remain overnight and should be removed at the end of the evening. Of course, please do not drink and drive. If you are unable to safely drive your vehicle, it may be left overnight; however, the venue charges a fee for vehicles that remain on the property overnight. Please plan ahead for a designated driver or safe transportation home.
We’d love for our guests to join us in cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, so dress comfortably and accordingly for December weather.
Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2026 through our wedding website OR mailing the RSVP card provided back to us. We kindly ask that everyone respond by the deadline so we can provide our vendors with an accurate final guest count.
Due to venue capacity and our planned guest count, plus-ones are limited to those specifically included on the invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be indicated on your invitation and reflected when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
Absolutely! Children are more than welcome to celebrate with us. If your child is included on your invitation, please be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can account for everyone.
Yes! Alcohol will be available during the reception. We want everyone to have a great time celebrating with us, but please drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home.
We have accommodations available for our out-of-town guests. Please visit the Accommodations tab of our wedding website for hotel options, room block information, booking instructions, and additional details.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled.
We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and cameras remain put away while we exchange our vows. Our photographer will be there to capture these special moments for us! Once we say “I do,” phones are fair game! We’d love for you to take pictures, videos, and capture plenty of memories throughout the reception.
