When is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding is on Saturday, November 15th, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4:30. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Daniel Stowe Conservancy. 6500 S New Hope Rd, Belmont, NC 28012

What is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
October 1st. Please let us know ASAP if your plans change.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
Both! The ceremony will be outside on the lawn and cocktail hour will be throughout the gardens. We will then move inside to the ballroom for the reception, dinner, and dancing. The ceremony is in a grassy area so keep this in mind when choosing footwear!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
November weather in Charlotte can vary. It may be brisk but normally stays in the 50- 60's during this time. We recommend bringing some layers just in case! Of course, if there is rain we will move the party inside.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our dress code is cocktail attire. The color palette is burgundy, plum, green, chartreuse, and neutrals. The bridesmaids will be in a variety of these colors. Feel free to match!

Will there be transportation to the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! We have arranged transportation to safely get everyone to AND from the venue throughout the evening. Stay tuned for more details about the shuttles as the date gets closer. Be aware that Ubers from the venue late at night will be sparse. Please let us know on your RSVP if you will be utilizing the transportation so we can arrange accordingly!

Yes! If you choose to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking for free.

When is the deadline to book a hotel room in the wedding block?
Answer
The deadline for booking at the Embassy is October 16th The deadline for booking at the JW and Spring Hill Suites is October 24th

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed in the RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding :)

If they were included in your RSVP then yes!

Will there be food?
Answer
Of course. We will be serving everyone chicken and steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. There will be plenty of hors d'oeuvres and desserts as well. Please let us know on your RSVP if you would like a vegetarian option.

Yes! The drinks are on us.
