We have a room block reserved here for our guests, so just let them know you are with the Rossiter wedding for negotiated discounts and early Saturday check-in. While you can stay at other local hotels, this hotel will be the pick-up and drop-off location to and from the venue. See shuttle block for information on shuttle schedule.

We will have a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue location. The schedule for the shuttle will be as follows below: - Pick up at the SureStay by Best Western at 2:45pm - Pick up at the AmericInn at 2:50pm - Drop off at Venue by 3:10pm at Ceremony Site for Ceremony at 3:30pm Evening pick up times from Venue back to hotels are below: - 8:00pm - 9:00pm - 9:50pm - 10:35pm - Last Shuttle to Hotels
Travel Note
Guests can drive their cars to the venue and park by the reception pavilion. There will be a shuttle to take you to the ceremony location when it's time. Please arrive at the venue by 3:00 to allow for enough time to be shuttled and seated. If needed, guests are able to park their cars at the venue overnight but must be picked up by 9AM the next day.

A google search should pull up directions to the venue, but below are some notes from the venue website. Please be sure to come early to avoid driving past the start of the ceremony - arrive by 3:00 please. Take the Black River Falls #115 exit Go north on Hwy 12/27 towards Merrillan (2 miles) Go left on East Snow Creek Rd. (1.5 miles) Go left on Hannon Rd (0.1 miles) Go right on West Snow Creek Rd. (0.2 miles) Burlap & Bells N7988 West Snow Creek Rd Black River Falls, WI 54615 When you arrive, follow the signs to the parking lot. Please do not drive on the grass. A wagon ride will take you to the ceremony location.
