Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, but the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be held inside the air conditioned barn.

How many people will be attending?

Answer

We understand that in our current situation with COVID-19 being transparent on guest count is important, we predict we will have a guest count of 100+.

Will there be sanitizing stations?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY, there will be alcohol packets on each table per guest and we will have an area designated that will have hand sanitizer and masks available to our guests. There are also indoor bathrooms near the reception area for hand washing.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are so happy to share this special moment with you, but we are kindly requesting an “unplugged ceremony” which means prior to the ceremony our officiant will ask all guests to put their cellphones and/or tablets away. We will have 2 photographers and 1 videographer capturing these memories and once the photos are available to us we will share them with you. But feel free to capture as many photos as you’d like during the RECEPTION. (:

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d prefer to have our RSVPs returned no later than November 1st-5th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We are bringing two families into one, and within those families their are wonderful kids that we would love to celebrate our special day with. There will be a kids meal option available at dinner for the kids attending our wedding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we recommend for guests that are staying at the hotels to either, drive their own car, car pool with other guests, book and/or share an Uber/Lyft... the hotel is about 25-28 mins away from our venue.
