If you're staying at the hotel, a shuttle will pick you up at 11:30 AM and bring you over to the boat so you don't have to deal with parking. After the wedding, the shuttle will pick everyone who wants to go to the hotel and bring them there at 4:15 PM.

In general, the official attire is business casual (Florida style). Wear what you want (within reason)! We recommend paying attention to the weather, since we'll be on the water.
If you're not staying at the hotel, there is plenty of parking nearby. Either at one of the parking garages near by or at the lot in front of the boat. There will be appetizers, buffet, and open bar (as well as soda, juice, coffee, tea). The boat is air conditioned / heated and there are indoor and outdoor areas. The ceremony will take place on the outdoor deck. There is a limited seating on deck for the ceremony; seating will be first come first serve.
