We're getting married!

From first kisses and middle school sweethearts to soon-to-be newlyweds; it's clear we have had a connection since the beginning. As most everyone knows, we dated in our middle school days and kept in touch throughout the years. After college our paths were brought back together and we hit if off right away. It's amazing to see what life has in store, but we are so excited to continue our story together.

Pili had the idea to celebrate Thanksgiving in Costa Rica, with holiday and time off it would be the perfect time for the Paxson family to get to know where she is from. Little did she know, Kevin was planning a surprise proposal! After plenty of planning, phone calls, and helpful ideas Kevin came up with the perfect plan. After a Thanksgiving meal, a surprise mariachi made an appearance. Mariachi's are common at special events and Pili was still unaware of the surprise. It wasn't until after they announced Kevin requested a special song for her that she became suspicious. Kevin ask her to dance and got down on one knee right after the song. Of course, the answer was "YES!" We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!
