What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! The wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside (weather permitting) and this is Florida so keep that in mind.

I am coming from out of town. Where do I stay?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn in Apopka City Center. You can book your room with our group: Adair-Pilato Wedding. The block rates are currently $169 a night.

Is there transportation being provided between the venue and the hotel?

Answer

The hotel provides a shuttle service directly to and from the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love of your little ones, this event is kid-free! We wanted to give the parents a night out to enjoy and celebrate with us! Even the flower girl and ring bearer will be packing it in after the ceremony.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We have an amazing photographer that we trust to capture the joy of our special day. We will be having an unplugged ceremony so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking any pictures during that time. Feel free to break out the cameras to document lots of memories during the cocktail hour and reception, though!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Guests who are gluten free, vegan or have other dietary restrictions should fill out the request on the RSVP page notating the specific request. If you have RSVP'ed already and did not do so, please reach out to us!
