Nuestra Historia de Amor: Nos sentimos muy agradecidos y felices de poder compartir nuestra historia de amor con ustedes, una historia que Dios ha orquestado desde el principio. Nos conocimos en el 2009 en casa de la madrina de él, quien también es tía de ella también. Desde ese primer momento nació una conexión muy especial que empezó con una nota de papel y comenzamos una hermosa relación a distancia. Aunque la distancia nos separaba, nunca dejamos de comunicarnos. Él incluso caminaba kilómetros después del trabajo solo para verla y hablar con ella. Vivimos casi dos años de una relación muy bonita, hasta que por diferentes circunstancias perdimos la comunicación. Pero con el tiempo entendimos que lo nuestro no era un amor pasajero, sino un amor verdadero que Dios había guardado para nosotros. Durante 16 años, él nunca dejó de buscarla ni de luchar por ese amor, aun cuando la distancia y la vida parecían impedirlo. Aunque hubo momentos en los que parecía imposible volver a estar juntos, Dios tenía otros planes. Finalmente, en el 2025, volvimos a reencontrarnos y a abrir nuestros corazones una vez más. Poniendo a Dios primero y aprendiendo a comunicarnos mejor, comenzamos a reconstruir ese amor que nunca desapareció. En enero del 2026, el mes de nuestros cumpleaños, nos vimos nuevamente y compartimos momentos llenos de amor, paz y felicidad. Desde entonces supimos que este amor era para siempre. Hoy estamos emocionados de comenzar esta nueva etapa juntos. Él le pidió matrimonio y ella al fin dijo que “sí”. Primero nos casaremos por la ley y, si Dios lo permite, en julio del 2027 celebraremos nuestra unión delante del Señor, junto a nuestros familiares y amistades. Nuestra historia es un testimonio de que todo sucede en el tiempo perfecto de Dios. Solo Él puede restaurar, guiar y bendecir un amor de esta manera. Estamos profundamente agradecidos por lo que Dios ha hecho en nuestras vidas y por la hermosa familia que soñamos construir juntos. We met in 2009 at the home of his godmother, who is also her aunt. From the very first moment, there was a special connection between us that started with a love note, and we began a beautiful long-distance relationship. Even though distance separated us, we never stopped communicating. He would even walk miles after work just to see her and spend time talking with her. We shared nearly two wonderful years together before life circumstances caused us to lose communication. But over time, we realized that what we had was not just a young love — it was a true love that God had prepared for us. For 16 years, he never stopped searching for her or fighting for their love, even when distance and life made it seem impossible. Although there were moments when getting back together felt out of reach, God had different plans for us. Finally, in 2025, we reconnected and opened our hearts to each other once again. By putting God first and learning to communicate better, we began rebuilding the love that had never truly disappeared. In January 2026, during the month of our birthdays, we saw each other again and shared unforgettable moments filled with love, peace, and happiness. From that moment on, we knew this love was forever. We are excited to begin this new chapter together. When he proposed for the last time, she finally said “yes.” We will first be married legally and, God willing, in July 2027 we will celebrate our marriage before the Lord, surrounded by our family and friends.
