FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want you to be able to enjoy yourselves freely, so we kindly ask that you please leave them at home.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at The Inn at Sunset Cliffs so that we will be able to enjoy ourselves with all of you with no other guests at the hotel. You will need a password to book your room there so that you get a discount. The password is PCOM (it is where Chuck and Sarah met). Call the hotel at 619.222.7901 and give them the password when you are booking. You will not be able to book rooms from the website as they have blocked them all off for us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We know many of our friends have many different dietary needs. There will be plenty of food options for special dietary restrictions.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of street parking and there is a church across the street that will allow you to park in their parking lot for a small donation. They ask that you please move your car by 6am on Sunday to allow for their parishioners. If you park on the street, you are able to park all day on Sunday as ticketing is excepted on Sundays (so if you park on the street on Saturday night, you can leave your car until Sunday).

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

California casual cocktail. For men, a suit jacket is not required. It will most likely cool down at night, so it might be a good idea to bring a sweater or wrap.

Question

If I'm not vaccinated, would you like me to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, please. If you are not fully vaccinated by August 28, please be respectful and wear a mask. We will be providing masks for you, in case you forget.

For all the days along the way
