Will there be a shuttle provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Two shuttles will depart from the hotel to the venue. The main shuttle will leave from the Marriott Hotel at 3:00pm and depart for the venue. This departure time is to ensure plenty of arrival time for guests to enjoy the grounds and welcome drinks prior to the ceremony. The second shuttle will depart the Marriott at 3:45pm. The venue is also just a short distance from downtown, so if you choose not to use the shuttle or miss it, rideshare services are a convenient alternative!

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the beautiful Gardens in the Gorge. The ceremony will take place outdoors on "The Green," followed by cocktail hour in the scenic verandah area just across from the ceremony space. The reception will then move indoors to "Windsor Hall," where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the gorge.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to start arriving to the grounds as early as around 3:45pm for a guest welcome. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Unfortunately, any guest arriving after 4:30pm will miss the ceremony, but you will be able to join us immediately after!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue and a shuttle that will take you to the ceremony space. There is a slight hill that separates the parking lot from the venue space, so a shuttle will be available to all guests that will run until the time of the ceremony and after to ensure all guests make it to the space! The shuttle will run all night to bring guests back to the parking lot if you choose to drive.

We’ll be celebrating in the stunning Gardens in the Gorge, surrounded by the natural beauty of Chattanooga. Just think summer wedding cocktail attire. We can't wait to see everyone as we celebrate together!
