Yes! The dress code is Black Tie Preferred, with formal attire required. For women, this means a classic, floor-length dress that is appropriate for a country club setting. For men, a tuxedo or suit is required—no jeans or khakis, please.
The names listed on each invitation are the guests who are invited. If a plus one is included, their name will be noted. When you RSVP on the website, you will be able to see the number of people included in your invite.

Please plan to arrive by 5:00 p.m. for the prompt start of our 5:30 p.m. ceremony. This will give you ample time to find parking and get seated before the ceremony begins. Please note that once the ceremony starts, no guests will be allowed to enter until the beginning of cocktail hour.
Yes! We have reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront for our guests. To take advantage of the discounted group rate, please book your room by February 18, 2027, as rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed after the cutoff date. Yes! Limited transportation will be available for guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue for guests who reserve a seat in advance. Additional details, including pickup times and reservation information, will be shared closer to the wedding date.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the riverfront lawn, and the reception will take place indoors.
