We’ve decided to elope—just the two of us—on a trip to Scandinavia in the summer of 2026. While we won’t be having a traditional wedding, we’re beginning this next chapter with so much love and gratitude for all of you. We’ve been building a beautiful life together here in Northwest Arkansas, balancing busy work schedules and shared passions. PJ is finishing his PhD in molecular biology at the University of Arkansas this May, and I’m a therapist at a local substance abuse clinic. After we’re married, we’ll be packing up and moving to Birmingham Alabama so PJ can begin the next step of his academic journey with a postdoctoral position at the University of Alabama Birmingham. We have many changes to come but we’re thrilled for the adventure ahead this summer. When we’re not working, we’re training and competing in strength sports, enjoying good food, and relaxing at home with our two cats, Dolly and Phyllis. We’re so excited to step into married life and all the changes and adventures it will bring. Since there won’t be a wedding or reception, we’re also not expecting any gifts.
