When I met Steph years ago, it was love at first sight! We met through my friend (and now her husband), Osiris Farmer. He pushed us to be friends and I recall feeling so intimidated by how cool she was. Turns out, not only is she cool, she loves Jesus more than anything, she embodies compassion and grace, and she is the very best friend I could ask for. Steph is my secret-keeper and inspiration in many ways, and I couldn’t imagine not having her by my side.

I met Osiris through Stacy's friendship with Stephanie. He is a witty, supportive, intentional, resourceful friend living in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. We have enjoyed communion and brotherhood as we progress on our respective faith walks to be better Christians. He is a husband, a youth leader, and a father.

Morgan and I clicked our junior year of high school, in our French class. She is everything sassy, witty, and effervescent. Morg just grabs you with her energy and smile, and invites you to stay awhile because she is so brilliant. She’s in school for biology and is navigating her seasons with grace, and an admirable amount of bounce-back.

I met Peter in 7th grade language arts and we became fast friends. He is a thoughtful, curious, passionate, and bold person, currently living in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Peter has always encouraged me to challenge conventional thinking and give back to my community. He is a medical student, a philosopher, and a gentleman.

I want to start by saying I tried very hard not to be Sarah’s friend. Despite how bubbly I am, Sarah finds a way to be even more bubbly and full of joy, which is revolting. I lasted approximately 3 days, and I was soon led into one of the kindest, most loving friendships I’ve ever had. Sarah is a light wherever she goes, a pragmatic dreamer to the core, an awesome mom and wife, and a woman of faith. I am honored to call her my friend!

Brandon B. came to Chapel Hill Middle in 8th grade (although he insists he didn't know us until high school). He is a witty, sarcastic, soft-spoken, kind-hearted guy, currently living in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. We were roommates throughout our time at the University of Georgia. He is a personal trainer, film lover, and political nerd.

I could go on about Tia forever! She is the funniest, prettiest, wittiest person I’ve ever known. Her heart is for Jesus and the youth, and it shows in everything she does. She is the epitome of moving in silence, but I can truly say that her accomplishments speak for themselves even if she won’t tell you about them! Tia overflows in compassion and love.

I met Leonard in 8th grade and, like most people, was impressed by his intellect. He is a fun-loving, kind, mischievous, and insightful individual, currently living in Massachusetts. We have always enjoyed talking about current events, pop-culture, and family. He is a medical student, a trivia master, and a genuine person before all else.

I have known Kendal since I was 15 years old! It took us a few years after that to become close friends, but we’ve been inseparable since. We’ve navigated many seasons together and we always end them stronger than before. She is inquisitive, brilliant, an expert in her field, and a firecracker. Someday, many will read her books or watch her speaking engagements as she assists women and couples who want healthy, whole relationships. She’s so fun and one of a kind!
