We met while we were working at ShopRite during college. Chris was Jen's boss working on the Front End while she was a cashier. Jen always says the thing she loved most was Chris's green striped shirt he always wore and the smell of his cologne! It wasn't long before we got to know each other and became friends outside of work. That friendship quickly grew into something more and in October 2014 Chris asked Jen to be his girlfriend.

We went on vacation to Bonita Springs, Florida to escape the craziness of the pandemic and work. We went out to a fancy dinner and then went to the beach. Right at sunset, Chris played our song and popped the question! He also had champagne (my favorite!) and two dozen red roses waiting for me.
