Fossil Falls is another one of our favorite nearby spots — a dramatic mix of ancient lava rock and desert beauty. It’s peaceful, unexpected, and full of hidden nooks to explore. If you’re up for a bit of adventure, it’s absolutely worth the stop.
Death Valley is perfect for a day trip if you arrive a few days early — vast, wild, and full of breathtaking contrasts. From golden sand dunes to colorful canyons and vast salt flats, every stop feels like its own adventure.
For your caffeine fix, head to Desert Brew — a cozy little coffee shop with friendly baristas and awesome drinks. Seating’s limited, but it’s right downtown, so you can sip and stroll while exploring the area.
For dinner and a show, head to Tokyo House! Their teppanyaki chefs always make it a blast, and the drinks are both strong and affordable. It’s one of our go-to spots for a fun date night with teriyaki noodles and sushi!
Ridgecrest may only have one ramen spot, but it definitely delivers! Warm bowls, great flavor, and a perfect stop when you’re craving something cozy and satisfying. We highly recommend the tonkotsu ramen!
Saigon Flavor is a Ridgecrest gem — tasty Vietnamese food and great portions. Our go-to orders are the spring rolls, beef pho, panang curry, and pad thai.
