Yes, you will need to provide a negative COVID-19 test. For a rapid PCR it must be 96 hours or less when you arrive to Belize for Rapid Antigen it must be taken within 48 hours or less upon arrival to Belize You will also need to take a negative test on your way back to the US. The airport provides testing that will take up to 30min-1hr. The cost $75 USD.
