Yes, a passenger van will provide multiple trips to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Rides begin at 3:15 pm from Hilton Garden Inn Downtown to Venue for ceremony. Rides after the reception start at 9:30 pm from the venue to Hilton Garden Inn, with last ride at 11:30 pm.
We unfortunately cannot accomodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
We love you little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an ADULTS-ONLY event.
The ceremony will take place on a grass lot outside, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors.
We will be supplying all alcohol and bartender services are reserved for the handling of said beverages. Venue policy strictly does not allow for outside alcoholic beverages to be brought on their property.
