We're Getting Married!

We met at a high school drum line party at the beginning of the school year; Hayden was a sophomore and Morgan was a freshman. We really liked each other but Morgan wasn't allowed to date because she was too young. After begging her mom, Morgan finally convinced her to let Hayden come over and hangout; only downstairs though!. Despite Morgan's mom not wanting to like him, he won her over with his good looks and charming personality! We continued to date throughout high school and 2 years later Hayden graduated and move to Lubbock for school at Texas Tech. This was the beginning of our long distance relationship that ended the next year when Morgan graduated and went to Tech as well. Although this long distance relationship was tough for us, it ended up strengthening our relationship by allowing us to grow individually and really appreciate our time together. After this long distance, we realized that this was something much deeper than a high school relationship. We continued to grow all through college and after many Tech football games, late nights on Broadway, and great times with family and friends, Hayden graduated in May of 2018 and moved back to Austin. Morgan was just one summer semester behind Hayden and our adult lives would finally begin! On August 3rd, 2018 we had celebrated our 6 year anniversary and Hayden had something spectacular planned that next week. At Morgan’s graduation party we had planned to take family pictures and Hayden knew this was the perfect time to make this day even more special. After taking pictures with our families, it was eventually our turn to snap some photos. We walked over together to take a picture and once we turned around we saw a whole line of cameras on us. Morgan, confused, said "which camera do I look at??" and Hayden turned and said "Look at me and I'll make you smile." Hayden soon was down on one knee. This moment together was unforgettable and we couldn't be more excited to spend the rest of our lives together.
