Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at our venue, Emerson Park Pavilion. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside, overlooking Owasco lake. Cocktail hour will be held in our venue’s cocktail room, which opens onto a covered patio. The reception will be held inside. Please dress accordingly!
Our ceremony will begin at 5 pm sharp. Please join us at least 15 minutes early.
Yes. There is ample parking available right outside our wedding venue.
We will have limited shuttle availability running from the Holiday Inn Auburn to our venue, Emerson Park Pavilion. The shuttle holds 25 people per trip. The first shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 3:45 pm in order to accommodate a second loop, with that shuttle leaving at 4:20 pm. Of note, a cash bar will be open from 4 to 5 pm and we welcome you to explore Emerson Park if you are arriving early with the shuttle! There will be loops made from Emerson Park to the Holiday Inn and from the venue to our after party, at Bluewater Grill in Skaneateles. The shuttle will start loops from the venue to the hotel at 10:30 pm.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal to formal attire. Cocktail dresses, suits and ties or sports coats are kindly requested.
Please only plan to bring those indicated on your invitation. Our ceremony and reception are both adults only.
We kindly request the use of cell phones be *non-existent* during our unplugged ceremony. We promise to share with you our professional pictures from our hired photographer as soon as we are able to after the wedding. We would love for you to capture our day however you’d like just as soon as our ceremony is over. Thank you for your cooperation!
