We're Getting Married.... AGAIN!

On Christmas of 2018, Adam and I were celebrating the cheerful holiday with my family at my parents' house. The tradition in the family is to open presents one at a time, from youngest to oldest. There were 8 of us that needed to open up presents so that meant that it was going to take a while. I was enjoying watching everyone open up all their presents, while Adam was waiting that long time nervously knowing he was going to propose. While we all opened up presents I never knew that I was about to have the love of my life make it a Christmas that I would never forget. After my grandfather was done opening up his presents it was time for family photos. My mom got out her camera and asked Adam and I to get in front of the Christmas tree first. As I was getting ready to take the picture, Adam says "Oh wait, we forgot one!". I thought he was reaching down under the tree to grab the present, but when I turned around I saw him on his knee opening a box with a beautiful ring inside. The biggest smile came on my face as he made my dream come true by asking me to be his wife. Immediately I said yes! I knew Adam was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Having my family around to share this special moment with us meant so much to me. Every Christmas I will always think of the day that I was given the most memorable Christmas present ever. Soon I was going to be Mrs. Adam Piccirillo.
