When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly return RSVP's by September 4th at the latest so I can give the venue and our vendors an accurate number of guests. Anyone who has not responded by this date will be considered a "no." We appreciate your understanding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We want to make this as easy as possible for everyone. You can choose to mail back the paper RSVPs, or you can also RSVP right here online. The next tab over that says "RSVP" will take you there. Of course we understand mail and online are not the most reliable at times, so we will reach out if we have not heard from you before the cut off date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 2:00pm, so please aim to arrive by 1:30-1:45pm to find parking and a seat. You don't want to miss the start of the ceremony!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal is perfect. The weather is unpredictable this time of year, so please dress comfortably. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, and due to limited space at the venue, only guests formally invited on the invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear on the RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, they will be included on the invitation! Also, please let us know on the RSVP who will need a kids meal.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! Please drink responsibly, and remember that there are rooms available if you plan on drinking. If you do drink and do not plan on staying, please arrange for transportation from the reception after the party. We love our family and friends, and we want to make sure you make it home safe!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know on the RSVP about any allergies. We are planning on a buffet style of food so there will be plenty of food options, but if there are any allergies we would like to let the staff know at the venue.

How do I reserve a room for the night?

Answer

You can call the hotel and reserve a room, or do it right online! Please look at the "Travel" tab for more details. The cut-off date for booking is MIDNIGHT on SEPTEMBER 3rd.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any shuttling to and from locations.

When can I check in and out of the hotel?

Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot at both the church and the hotel.
