We're Getting Married!

Kyle and Courtney worked next door to each other, Kyle as a Distiller at 1879/The Village Bar and Courtney in title insurance, for Elite Title Company. Kyle and Courtneys bosses are good friends and played a little match making! Setting Courtney and Kyle up to work on projects together to meet and get to know each other. After a couple months of flirting in passing and through work, Kyle finally asked Courtney out for a drink after work! And the next night to dinner. The rest is history as they quickly became best friends, cheering on the Cardinals and Blues, taking the dogs on walks, and never passing up an opportunity for an adventure, especially travel!

Kyle took Courtney for an afternoon of shopping on Main Street, Saint Charles. After a few shops we found ourselves next to the big gazebo on Main, where Kyle invited Courtney to walk up inside. Kyle took Courtney by the hand, got down on one knee and asked her to share the rest of their lives together! Courtney immediately said "YES!" and about knocked Kyle over with a big hug...she didn't even have the ring yet! Unbeknownst to Courtney, Kyles parents Chris & Kim were hiding in the bushes, photographing the whole proposal. (There's a great photo in the gallery of Kyle reaction to Courtneys YES!) Immediately following the proposal, Kyle had arranged dinner with Courtneys parents, Doug & Laura, Kenny & Donna, and Kyles parents, Chris & Kim to celebrate! It was so much fun having all our first phone calls in person to celebrate!!
