The story of Photis and Nicole is truly a special one. It’s the story of a beautiful series of events, milestones, creating memories together, supporting each other’s growth, struggling and overcoming together, building two lives separately that intertwine so well, and most importantly: falling in love with each other more and more each day. 






 Flashback to the year 2015. Nicole and Photis met while working together at the Continental restaraunt in Atlantic City while both attending Stockton University.







 After almost one year of being friends, they finally went on their first real date to LB One Restaraunt in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey on May 2nd, 2016. Photis greeted Nicole, walked in, and met her parents for the first time. He held the most beautiful bouquet of red roses. Having dinner at this very restaraunt on May 2nd every year has become a favorite tradition of theirs. This restaraunt was particularly special for Nicole, as it’s where her Dad proposed to her Mom 37 years ago.. It wasn’t long after that first date that they became inseparable. They rescued and adopted their first fur baby, Benny, in the Summer of 2016, Moved in together off of Stockton’s campus, both graduated undergrad, and Photis pursued his doctorate degree in Biochemistry at Drexel University! This initiated their move to Philadelphia in the Summer of 2018, and where they’ve built their home for the last 8 years.



Fast forward to the May, 2nd 2024: Nicole and Photis celebrated their 8th anniversary with a beautiful bouquet of red roses and a delicious dinner at Buddakan in Philadelphia. On the peaceful walk home, Photis got down on one knee and proposed in front of Nicole’s favorite building in Old City, Philadelphia. Let’s get married!! Xo
