We would love to share with all our family and friends, but unfortunately due to COVID that affected us all - we postponed our wedding date to SUNDAY, JULY 25, 2021. The story begins in 2015, where we met by chance through our friends. We met through our mutual friends, Mylinh & An, and Hany & John. We first met at Hany and John's condo during a Christmas party - Mylinh brought Tweetie over as a friend. Fast forward, we reconnected, and Phong asked Tweetie to go to a wedding - Tweetie became a wedding crasher at Kim and Steven's wedding in 2015 as his date. Now Phong, Tweetie and their 2 cats, Pumpkin and Monkey live together in Renton!

It was a quite romantic one.... It was a beautiful day with clear blue skies, a mild breeze and fresh air while we took an afternoon stroll at Hyde Park in London, UK. It was our second day in London, playing tourists with our local friends, Christine and Kinson. As we approached Lake Serpentine in the middle of Hyde Park, Phong insisted on renting a row boat. He rowed into the middle of the Lake, and the scenery was as romantic as in the movie, "The Notebook". He proceeded to kneel, ring in hand, saying sweet words and asking Tweetie - "Will You Marry Me?". Unbeknownst to her, he had secretly planned this with our friends Christine and Kinson. What a romantic surprise - "YES!" Thanks to Christine and Kinson for capturing this memorable event and for helping us celebrate!

January 1, 2016 - At Gasworks Park - we became official on New Year's Day - Phong asked Tweetie to be his "girlfriend" - this starts the love story... Phong lived in Vancouver, WA, and Tweetie lived in Seattle, WA during the beginning. The long distance relationship starts.... with weekend trips back and forth to and from Seattle and Vancouver, WA. 2017 - Phong finally moves up to Renton, WA! Thanks Stephanie and Minh for finding us the house that we currently live in and call home. <3 March 14, 2019 - Phong proposes to Tweetie in London, UK at Hyde Park on a rowboat! Our local friends, Christine and Kinson were there to help us celebrate. 2020 - we didn't get married as planned, but can't wait until 2021... July 25, 2021 - Our wedding day!
