BOOKING While there are not fully accommodated rooms, there are rooms to book at a discounted rate of 159.00 USD per night. This discounted rate is only applicable for May 23rd to May 25th. The deadline to book a room with the accommodated price is Wednesday, April 23rd at 5 PM. The cancellation deadline is 3 days prior to arrival, otherwise one night's room/tax will be charged. The hotel has $10 valet parking and will not be covered by the hotel or the couple.
Please wear black-tie or formal attire. Suits, tuxes and formal dresses and cocktail dresses or formal attire if you are not a dress person. Black is completely okay, but we ask that ladies be mindful not to wear white.
Unfortunately, due to venue size and capacity we are not able to accommodate plus ones. Only people that have been addressed on the invitations are invited (children 13 or over will not be directly addressed but are also invited); anyone not directly invited will be asked to leave.
There is a grand staircase leading up to the ceremony, for those with mobility or other issues there is also an elevator, please let us know about any other potential issues so that we may try to accommodate for them.
You can RSVP online or mail in your RSVP, whichever is easier for you. We do ask that you RSVP by April 1st so that we can have an accurate count. If you RSVP and learn that you will be unable to attend for any reason, please let us know as soon as you are able.
We hope that you just enjoy the ceremony and this memory, so we ask that during the ceremony no phones or cameras are out. Before the ceremony starts and once the ceremony ends, please take as many pictures as you like!
