Yes. You will not be permitted to attend without a valid vaccination card. All attendees must be fully vaccinated at the time of the wedding. The only exceptions are for children too young to get vaccinated, or for those with medical exemptions. No, this will not change closer to the event or if restrictions lift before the wedding.
The bride and groom recommend AirBnB for housing. Some of the bride's family have booked houses on Lake Hamilton as it is a good midway point between downtown and the venue. If you want to be close to the rest of the wedding attendees and family we recommend looking for housing in the same area.
The bride will be walking down the aisle at 1:30 p.m. Guests will have access to the gardens the whole day so we recommend coming early so you can enjoy some of the grounds before the wedding.
There is parking on the garden premises. This is still an active public garden so there is no reserve parking. The bride recommends getting there early and enjoying some of the gardens before the ceremony so that you can ensure a good parking space.
In order to access the Garden simply go to the front ticket booth and inform them you are here for the Crouch/Streeter wedding or give the bride/groom's first name. This should allow you access to the gardens before the ceremony. Feel free to explore!
No. As the gardens are owned and operated by the University of Arkansas, there is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted on the grounds or in the parking lot. Please refrain during the ceremony and reception as any smoking could cost the bride and groom their security deposit.
Short answer, No. The bride and groom have hired a photographer to capture every wonderful moment on our big day. So please, sit back, relax, and let the professionals worry about the photos. Absolutely no outside photography or phone photography will be permitted or tolerated during the ceremony.
The family of the bride is planning an after party and all are welcome to attend. This will be a very casual affaire and will most likely happen on Lake Hamilton. More info about the after party will be given closer to the date.
The bride and groom are well aware of the variety of dietary restrictions of many of their guests. As such the majority of their menu is gluten free (minus the churros). There will also be vegetarian options provided. If you have more complicated dietary restrictions please contact the bride directly.
