FAQs

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

This is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! There will be a black tie optional dress code in place for the wedding. For women, this includes formal midi or full length dresses. For men, suits and tuxedos would be appropriate. Think formal garden party. Feel free to wear any shade of brown, beige, or black to our wedding, but please no white or off-white.

Question

Can my kids come?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space and the venue, we have decided to keep our wedding as an adult-only celebration. The only exception is children listed specifically on your invitation. Our venue is not suitable for young children. If this prevents you from being able to attend, please reach out to the bride and groom. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Question

What about allergies?

Answer

We are doing our best to have allergy-friendly options available. We will have the following: dairy-free, gluten-free, tree-nut and peanut-free

Question

Do I need to buy off the registry?

Answer

No! We encourage guests to use our registry as inspiration to thrift items or look elsewhere for items you think we could use or would love!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. When you RSVP, kindly make sure you are listing the names of all the guests who will be present on our wedding day.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors. Please wear shoes accordingly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 12th, 2026. This is to ensure our vendors have a proper count prior to the wedding day. RSVP using this website!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

First of all, thank you so much for traveling to celebrate our big day! I have many options under the travel section of this website that are either near the venue, or near our home. Check the website for availability and booking ahead.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Kindly arrive 30 minutes prior to the Ceremony start time to find parking and find your seat. Guests who arrive late will be kindly asked to wait until after the ceremony to join the rest of the group.

Question

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer who will be taking photos for us during the ceremony and reception. We kindly ask that phones are put away and switched off for our ceremony and first dance so our photographer can capture the special moments.

Question

What if I can't find anything on the registry to buy?

Answer

We have two funds set up on our registry! Our first fund is for our honeymoon, and the second is for a down payment on our first home. If you are not comfortable using the Zola App you can send your desired amount to our venmo (@Phoebereilly).
