When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 23rd so we may plan to celebrate with you.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are there any restrictions for COVID-19?

Answer

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only affair. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Please be respectful if your RSVP does not allow you to have a plus one. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the Historic Old Bermuda Inn.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the Cocktail Hour down the hall for the open bar and hors d'oeuvres in the Swizzle Inn Bar and Hamilton Town Square Room. Reception dinner and dancing will follow upstairs in the Castle Harbour Grande Ballroom.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be valet parking service available.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15 mins to a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the ceremony started as scheduled.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle service to/from the hotel and venue will be provided. Please see our website travel page for more information.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding?

Answer

Please feel free to post pictures on social media, our only request is that you tag us in each photo! We will also be utilizing The Guest photo sharing app at our wedding. Feel free to take pictures using with your iPhone or Android cameras and The Guest will auto-share everything in a real-time feed for everyone to see on an online album (auto-share can be turned off and you can upload pictures manually later). You will be invited to download The Guest app via email and/or text closer to the wedding date.
