Things To Do

Vero Beach is a small, laid back beach town with lots to do! The beaches are clean and there is plentiful wildlife and natural beauty in the Indian River. Look out for dolphins, manatees, and all kinds of birds! Note: do not swim in any fresh water in Florida--especially the Indian River. There are gators, bull sharks, and all kinds of microbes that are no good to swim with. Kayaking and paddle boarding is safe, though--Jacob does it all the time!
