Wedding Day Shuttle

August 23, 2025 5:00 pm - 12:00 am

The Shuttle Pickup will DEPART at 5:00 pm from then Omni Hotel @ The water Street Bus Stop. This is out the back-side of the hotel, going right up the stairs to the street. It is located next to the Federal building. The buses will be labeled "Albemarle Limousine" and should have Ardekani-Servano on the windows. There will be an early shuttle departing Pippin Hill at 10:00 pm and then final departure is at 11:45 pm.

Omni Charlottesville Hotel

Our main wedding block will be at the Omni Hotel Downtown Charlottesville. We encourage everyone to stay here so we can all be in one place! Our wedding rate is for $339/night. You can use the link below to book directly. This hotel is directly on the downtown mall! Best location in town. There is parking available at the Omni Private Parking Garage as well if you are driving. Our block Rates are available for Thursday - Sunday, if you'd like to arrive earlier please call the hotel and let them know.

The Draftsman, Autograph Collection Hotel

For a hotel closer to the UVA Campus - The Draftsman is a great option. Spacious rooms with views of Charlottesville. We have a block for $279/night. Valet Parking Available. Please note that though this hotel is less than a mile away from the Omni/Downtown Mall, it is about a 20 minute walk. Must be booked by 7/23/25.

This hotel is located directly across the street from the Omni Hotel. We have a block with a room rate of $239/night. You must book by July 22nd to secure the rate.

Charlottesville Airport - CHO

Fly into Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO) and then use a shuttle, Uber, or Lyft to your accommodation. Washington DC Airports & Train

For those interested in coming down from Washington, D.C! All D.C. airports are located in Northern Virginia. Fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and then take public transportation or a car service into Washington, D.C. For the wedding, you can travel from Washington, D.C. Union Station (WAS) to Charlottesville (CVS) by train via AMTRAK (approximately 2.5 hours).
