Welll… she said “yes”

Our first actual date was at the batting cages on Layton. We’ve been talking for awhile and hanging out frequently until he went and asked me out. I just remember laughing at how many times we missed the ball, but we never stopped because of how much fun we were having together. We will never forget that day.

After a long day of work, Donovan couldn’t wait any longer. He came home to surprise me with a beautiful bouquet of roses. He got down on one knee and told me I’d make him the happiest man if I was his best friend for the rest of his life. I was so filled with joy I said “yes” with tears in my eyes. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
