This is the preferred lodging accommodation for wedding party and the families of the bride and groom. Alex and Annabelle will communicate your intended lodging, and BMBR will contact guests to book approximately 30 days before the wedding weekend! Resort Grounds will be open to all wedding guests for the entire weekend.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Morganton Historic Downtown

There will be a shuttle that can transport guests to and from this Hotel on the night of the wedding. It is roughly 20 minutes from Brown Mountain Beach Resort. There is a hotel block link listed above.

Asheville Regional Airport

AVL is the closest airport to the wedding weekend festivities.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport

Charlotte is slightly further but is larger and may offer more diverse flight options

Travel Note

For your Consideration

There are great Hotel and Inn options in the towns of Lenoir and Morganton NC. There are also a number of wonderful options of Air BNBS in the area for your consideration. Please be aware that Hurricane Helene caused prominent road damage in Western North Carolina. If you would like to explore WNC before, after or during this wedding weekend be cautious and plan routes in advance. Asheville saw severe damage and while we hope everything is open by May of 2025 we cannot promise anything.
