WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!

Long story short: Taylor and Jake have already been in a wedding together. The story begins in high school for Jake, when he was part of a close friend group. Part of that group included Travis and Brynne. Entering college, Jake lived at Liberty University on campus and was consumed with campus life while only seeing the high school friend group periodically. During college, Taylor met a girl named Sarah that happened to grow up minutes from where Taylor grew up in Maryland. Once they became friends, Sarah introduced Taylor to Brynne who also grew up in Maryland. Not long later and Taylor was fully integrated into the friend group. -Let’s fast forward a couple of years to 2015- Jake and Taylor (having never met each other) were both privileged enough to be a part of Travis and Brynne’s wedding. Jake and Taylor met for the first time at Travis and Brynne’s engagement party. Throughout the next year, Taylor and Jake were a part of the same friend group and grew closer. Travis and Brynne got married in 2016, and after the wedding Jake made consistent trips to Maryland that summer and even went on vacation with the whole Phillips family. August 8, 2016 was the date Jake and Taylor started dating. And as they say, the rest is history.

While children are a blessing, we respectfully ask this be an adults only wedding. Thank you!
