What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, please. Tea-length or floor-length dresses for women and dark suits for men.

How do I get to the Josephine Butler Parks Center?

Answer

You can take the S2 or S9 buses (which run along 16th Street) to Euclid Street. The closest metro station is Columbia Heights, which is about a 12 minute walk to the venue. You can also take Uber/Lyft. It's about 1.5 miles from the Mayflower Hotel.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15pm. The ceremony will be held in the upstairs ballroom at 4:30pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No, there is no parking at the venue. We recommend taking public transportation or Uber/Lyft from your hotel or Airbnb. The Parks Center is located at 2437 15th Street NW, Washington, DC 20009.

Will the ceremony be "unplugged"?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your cell phones away during the ceremony but after the first kiss, please feel free to take all of the photos. (Ariella loves content!)

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we wish we could accommodate everyone, unfortunately, our reception venue has limited capacity and we respectfully request that only those included on your invitation attend the wedding.
