FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jacklyn Adamek and Brian Phillips
Question

Is there a dress code? What does ‘Western Chic’ look like?

Answer

Western Chic for us means outfits that feel like you, with a fun touch of Western. Think fall tones, layered jewelry, belts, hats, and boots. Jeans are absolutely welcome—if dresses aren’t your thing, a cute blouse with jeans and boots is perfect. For the guys, nice jeans with a pearl snap shirt, optional coat, and a cowboy hat if you’d like fits the vibe. Aim for comfortable, put‑together outfits with a little Western flair rather than super formal wear.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. We’ll have parking arranged at nearby neighboring homes close to the wedding location. There will be clear signage and other guests/attendants helping direct you where to park and where to go from there.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at FireKeepers Casino Hotel—please see the Travel page for details and booking information. We’re also setting up a second hotel block to give guests another nearby hotel option, so check the Travel page for the latest updates.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we kindly request no children at the wedding — adults’ night out!!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park and get settled. We’ll have welcome drinks waiting when you arrive, so come a little early and start the party with us.
