Our story starts on Hinge believe it or not, we matched on January 3, 2024. From the beginning, we got along so easily and just clicked. Our first date was at Pitt Street Brewery, where we shared wings from a food truck and spent the evening getting to know each other. Not long after, we had a simple second date walking around Barnes and Noble, Target, talking and getting to know each other more, then grabbing Chipotle. What started as a casual outing quickly became one of our favorite ways to spend time together, running fake errands included. By January 23, we had both deleted our Hinge accounts, and on March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, we officially became a couple. In a full circle moment, Josh proposed at the very place where it all began, Pitt Street Brewery. It may not be the most traditional love story, but it is ours, and we are so glad it brought us here. And yes, it’s pretty cool to say Hinge kinda worked.
