Where is the wedding and reception?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Barn at Blue Sky Farm Venue.
Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are driving, please arrive to the wedding venue around 4 PM the day of the wedding to allow ample time to be seated. Our wedding ceremony will start at 4:30 PM and once the ceremony has started no more guests will be allowed in. The gate will close starting at 4:15 until the ceremony has ended. We do not want you to miss out!

How should I dress?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. You're invited to join us in Semi-Formal to Formal attire. We please ask that you do not wear shorts or white attire.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
Yes, if the sun is shining our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception to follow will take place inside.

Will there be dinner and drinks at the wedding.
Answer
Yes, we will be providing appetizers and drinks during cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. Everyone who has been formally invited to our wedding will be listed when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be running to and from the Hilton Garden Inn Gastonia to our wedding venue and back on the day of our wedding. Please make sure to let us know if you would like to utilize our transportation when you RSVP. We will let you know the exact pick up time closer to our wedding date.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is parking at the venue if you decide to drive to our wedding. We will also be providing transportation from the Hilton Garden Inn Gastonia to the venue and back. If you would like to utilize our transportation, please let us know when you RSVP.

Is outside alcohol allowed at the venue?
Answer
No, please do not bring outside alcohol to the venue. We will have drinks served starting at cocktail hour.
Question
Where should I go after the ceremony?
Answer
If the sun is shining, our ceremony will be held at the Plateau. Once the ceremony has ended, please head back to your car to drive to the reception directly next to the ceremony spot.
Question
How can I RSVP? When is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP on our wedding website by going to the RSVP page. You can then enter your name and RSVP for you and your party. Please make sure to RSVP by April 1st, 2025.
