FAQs

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will have room blocks with discounted rates at Beachfront Hotel & Resort as well as Commodore Perry's in Port Clinton for the ceremony and reception. On Sunday for Put In Bay we also have a room block at Victory Station.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

There will be a parking lot attendant to direct you to the best parking for the ceremony and reception. Both are in the same place.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Due to capacity limitations, we are having an adults-only wedding, with the exception of children in our immediate family. We understand if this means you're unable to attend, and we will miss you, but we hope to celebrate with you soon.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure everyone is situated prior to the ceremony. If staying overnight, you may choose to check in prior to the ceremony. Check in will be available beginning at 1:00pm.

Question

What time should I go home?

Answer

This will be a multi day celebration! We would love nothing more than everyone spend the weekend with us. We also understand this is not possible for everyone. Saturday will be the ceremony and reception with overnight accommodations available. Sunday will be a trip to PIB with overnight accommodations available as well. Join us in as much or little as possible for you. Let's get ready to party!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are links on our website to RSVP for each separate part of our weekend. Please RSVP to each section.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We would love RSVP's as soon as possible so we can get all the details just right. But for those procrastinators like us, the latest date to RSVP is June 15th, 2026.

Question

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

DUH! Open bar... let's do this! If you are staying on property, personal alcohol may be consumed in your room as well and brought to PIB.

Question

Who should I contact if I still have questions?

Answer

You can reach out to Phil or Maddy and we will be happy to answer any questions.
