Wedding Party

Adrianne Gilbreath

Maid of Honor

Fun Fact: Owns an event planning company. Resides in Fort Worth, Texas Adrianne and I are college friends (Go Illini!). We had differences for days when we first met; South Side native vs me from the North Suburbs, different sororities, her never having tasted alcohol & let’s just say my alcohol experience was the opposite (Do recommend a cocktail for her to try at the wedding!)...all of which brought us closer together! It’s safe to say she knows my life best (other than Phillip) with multiple chats a week to laugh, vent, check in. I love Adrianne for her huge heart, always keeping it real & finding the funny in every situation! I could not imagine anyone else by my side as Maid of Honor!

Daisy Bermudez

Bridesmaid

Fun Fact: Daisy is a cooking queen from Mexican food to handmade pasta. Resides in Chicago, Illinois Daisy & I’s paths crossed when I moved back to the Windy City, thank you to our friend Edgar! Our friendship truly began when I was looking to be reacquainted with the city - she was up for anything and always in the know of the best local cuisines, dance spots and more (you’ll have to ask her if you’re looking for tips!). Our bond continued into our different yet demanding careers, girls nights to allow our boyfriends a reason to hang, and you know she’s apart of the family when she's our dog Teddy’s favorite babysitter! Daisy is the rock in my life and always willing to listen - I am lucky to have her by my side for this next milestone!

Lauryn Doyle

Bridesmaid

Fun Fact: Lauryn used to run her own Bakery. Resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee I feel like I knew Lauryn before I met her thanks to Phillip. Little did I know she was going to be my future Sister in Law; luckily she lived up to everything I heard & more! One of my favorite memories together is when she learned to play Monopoly Deal; she gave up the usual ‘Mom’ bedtime on multiple nights to play (let’s be honest, she wanted to win!). Lauryn keeps us connected & laughing with family videos/Facetimes (looking forward to everyone meeting her husband & 3 daughters at the Wedding!). If you don’t spot her kids first, you’ll hear Lauryn’s infectious laugh! I am fortunate to have her join this journey and stand on my side rather than her brother's for a change!

Megan Fedie

Bridesmaid

Fun Fact: Megan ran over 5 marathons across the world including most recently in Berlin, Germany. Resides in Chicago, Illinois Thank you to our first 'adult' jobs at Kohl's (in Wisconsin) for introducing us! We’ve since moved on to bigger & better – both of us now living in Chicago: she moved first, then I, crashing on her couch until I found a place of my own (life saver!). I could go on about our adventures from a European vacation last year to regularly checking out the hottest Chicago restaurants to what I look forward to most, closing out our busy weeks over a cocktail to cheers the weekend! Megan is one of the kindest souls and her passion for working out is keeping me in check ahead of the wedding. I am thrilled to have Megan alongside for yet another adventure to the BIG day!

Alexis Jones

Bridesmaid

Fun Fact: Lexie was almost cast for "The Bachelor." Resides in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin All because of a mutual friend, Lexie and I met ahead of starting our first jobs at Kohl's Corporate in sunny Wisconsin. I am grateful for the introduction that led to a 5-year stint as roommates, including lots of laughs, learning to like Milwaukee with too many brunches, festivals, nights on the town, describing our dream future Husbands and wanting to meet them ASAP! It’s safe to say Lexie knows my quirky passions best (hot Cheetos for dinner) and I hers (creative DIY Halloween costumes - ask her about them!). This is the lady who threw me a Guyana-themed birthday party! We've had quite the journey and I am honored to have her by my side yet again!

Jacqueline Padilla

Bridesmaid

Fun Fact: Jackie was proposed to by her now husband at a Chicago Cubs baseball game (a movie moment!). Resides in Morton Grove, Illinois Jackie has been a dear friend for over 2 decades since meeting in high school, sharing a love of gossip, boys, and cruising. From the time she met my family, Jackie was welcomed into the Persaud crew & hung out on the regular at my childhood house, so much so – my parents felt like they had another daughter! We’ve since shared plenty of late-night chats, dance parties, and her kids' many milestones. Jackie is the most loyal person I know and best known for not holding back her candor, which I'm appreciative for as I plan my BIG day. I couldn’t be happier to have her standing by my side!

Ariel Wehling

Bridesmaid

Fun Fact: Ariel ran the 2017 Chicago marathon in honor of my Mom (Kim Persaud) & to raise funds for an Alzheimer’s/Dementia cure. Resides in Houston, Texas Ariel literally walked into my life on the Bradley University 'Senior Crawl' (where my brother, Jason, went to college). Soon after, we welcomed her into the family and she naturally fit in! I enjoy our mani/pedi splurges, agreement on when Jason is wrong, and sharing the same passion for our retail careers (aka climbing the corporate ladder)! One of life's milestones bringing us even closer together is planning our weddings at the same time - we learned wedding planning is not as blissful as expected and our other halves DO have an opinion! I am excited to share this journey & the BIG day with my soon-to-be Sister in Law!

Zachary Tamburello

Best Man

Fun Fact: Zach is a DIII women's lacrosse coach. Resides in Roanoake, Virginia Zach is my brother and first roommate. We grew up playing on the same sports teams and against each other in video games, and of course we shared in taking care of our youngest sister, Lauryn. I remember realizing when the tables turned, and Zach was the one giving me the advice. In Zach, I have more than a brother, but also a confidante. He is my brother and my best man.

Tom Bambara

Groomsman

Fun Fact: Tom moonlights as a stand-up comedian. Resides in Chicago, Illinois Tom and I make the claim that we’ve known each other for 25 years. Early on, our paths crossed because of mutual friends, but we became true friends much later in high school. Once at college, I didn’t let Tom get away: I visited to see him perform as an actor on stage. Then Tom tried to really get away by moving to Chicago. Once again, I made my way there, and we ended up being roommates for four years. Whether over dinner as roommates or buddies on a road trip across the country, Tom and I are co-people. That’s why he moved back to Chicago for me this time.

Greg Bures

Groomsman

Fun Fact: Greg has helped two coffee shop startups, but doesn't drink a drop of the stuff. Resides in Charlottesville, Virginia Greg and I lived together on-and-off for three years during and after college. (One year as roommates; we’d take a break, and then get back together as roommates…) Once I moved to Chicago, Greg didn’t want to be roommates anymore. But, he still made it out to visit nearly every summer for 10 years to “see me” (he really just wanted to go to a Cubs game). Despite the distance, I think we became closer as friends: life threw the good and bad at us, and we made the effort to always be around to support each other.

Jason Persaud

Groomsman

Fun Fact: As a Bradley alumn, Jason is easily the most successful sibling. Resides in Houston, Texas Jason and I bonded quickly when we realized how fun it can be to give Lisa a hard time. I first met Jason when he flew from Houston to visit. I was honored that he took some time from his visit to make an effort to meet me. (Or, maybe Lisa made him do it?) With Jason also engaged, he and I now share in the struggles of planning a wedding and both secretly know it’s not about us (until we have an opinion).

Mark Persaud

Groomsman

Fun Fact: Mark traveled to more countries in 2019 than you will in your entire life. Resides in Chicago, Illinois Mark and I met at the same time I met Jason, so meeting both of them at once wasn’t unnerving at all. But, I’m grateful for Mark letting me in early on something I now hold dearly: the beloved “Black and Coke.” And then, once we got to know each other more, I found another friend in giving Lisa a hard time. (Lisa, this will be a fun “rest of our lives”). I also owe Mark for being a planning partner in the proposal and helping make it a special day for his family, too. I was very grateful to have him and Jason on my side during that time!

Bennett Tucker

Groomsman

Fun Fact: Ben learned to tango in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Resides in Richmond, Virginia Bennett is a close friend that I’ve known since high school. Back then, we’d make road trips to DC and hang out; but later, we’d fly from anywhere to meet in New York City almost regularly. These trips boiled down to late nights out and talking through life’s ups and downs over a hard drink. And now, as once Ben’s groomsman, I’m honored to have him stand by me on my wedding day.
