We called the dress code for this “dressy casual”. We suggest a sundress or a nice shirt and pants! Feel free to be a little fancy and go for cocktail attire! Or you can take a more laid back approach and go casual. Follow your heart.
The property opens to guests starting at 4:00 pm. You should aim to arrive between 4:00 - 4:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm!
Cocktail Attire: A suit or a dress shirt with a tie and jacket are suggested. Folks who'd like to wear a dress can wear full-, or midi-length dresses, dressy separates, and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. We also suggest bringing a layer in case it gets chilly in the evening. We'd love to see folks embrace colors and patterns that reflect spring garden vibes! Have fun with it!
I get it - you don't want to accidentally match the bridesmaids! I have wanted to know the answer to this question for every wedding I've ever attended. The answer is: sage green. Please feel free to still wear this color!! No one's feelings will be hurt. But if you want to avoid, there's the answer.
