What is the dress code

Answer

Formal Attire/Black Tie We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested & preferred. Please no jeans/denim. We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory or white.

How do I RSVP

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above at any time. We will also include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us! We politely ask that you RSVP in a timely manner & no later than March 1st 2025, to assure we have the proper time to communicate our guest count to venue staff.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by March 1st 2025, you will be marked as "Not Attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. ( This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day without an RSVP returned on time. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations available )

Can I bring a guest who is not on my invitation

Answer

We would love to include everyone but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests. We can only accommodate those who we formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed to you as {Your Name} + {Guest / Guests} if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding as this is very important, if you have any questions about this feel free to message the Groom or the Bride.

Are kids welcome

Answer

We love all of your little ones ! However, our wedding venue has allotted us a limited guest count. We have made the exception of allowing immediate family & a few others who will be helping out in the wedding. That being said if your invitation was addressed to you plus your child/children the invitation will have their names included as well. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm, we recommend you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find appropriate parking and to take your seat.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place inside the mansion. However the koi pond as well as the back yard with firepits & lounging chars will be open for cocktail hour and the rest of the night.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "WILL NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending ", but find that you cannot make it, Please notify Phillip or Jilian as soon as you are aware.

Can I take Pictures ?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" Ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the Ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want, we even encourage it. We would love you to share the photos you have taken at the wedding to be shared with us as soon as possible ! There will be QR Codes at each table for you to scan from there you can take up to 25 photos and share them then the next morning they will be available for all guests to view!

Answer

We cannot wait to celebrate with you and host you for dinner. A cash bar will also be available during the reception so please bring cash to enjoy the bar service.
