Is the reception open?

Answer

No, the reception is by invite only. We would love to have everyone there to celebrate but unfortunately, we can only accommodate a certain number. The ceremony is open for all to attend and we would love to have you present.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation says ___ seats have been reserved in your honor. If the number is 2+, then yes. If not, we have limited seating and only have the space to accommodate you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. Children are welcome at the ceremony, however to allow all of our guests to enjoy an evening of relaxation, we respectfully request that the reception is for adults only.

Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a gift of cash would really make our day. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. We advise that you arrive between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm. At 1:45 pm, the doors will be held until the ceremony begins. At this point, you will be promptly seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please make note of any special food requests on the RVSP for the reception you may receive with the invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

If you will be in town the next day, Sunday, we would be honored if you would join us for brunch. More details will be forthcoming.
