We’re getting married!

We're so happy to have you celebrate our special day with us. While we'll have been together eleven years by our wedding day, this begins a new chapter in our life. Our family and friends celebrating our marriage with us is a fitting start to Act II of our journey together. ACT I: Synopsis We met in Rehoboth Beach, DE in August, 2007. Many good memories and many miles of a long distance relationship over the Bay Bridge confirmed that this was "the one." In 2010 Phillip got a Skype call from Greg while Phillip was in Germany on a Towson school trip. "How do you feel about me moving to Maryland?" (cue bad Skype connection with frozen face of Phillip in shock on computer screen. Greg awkwardly waits for connection to catch up.) "Gr-r-r-eat! Whe-e-n?" (cue relieved look on Greg's face) "Next weekend?" "Woo hoo! Pack your things." Flashback to our first year together when we went to a Halloween costume party dressed as a s'more. (see pictures page) Needless to say, we won best costume. Flashforward to last August while celebrating our 10th year together. While vacationing in West Virginia we rented a house in the mountains that had a fire pit in the back yard. Over s'mores and a picture of that costume party, the proposal happened. "Will you marry me?" (cue cicadas in the background and shocked look on Greg's face.) "Great! When?" "Next October?" "Woo hoo! Yes & Yes! Now please pass me the graham crackers!"
