We will be providing a shuttle service to take you from Caesars palace, a central location downtown, to the venue and back! Please see the travel page for more details. There is also ample parking at the venue and ride share services can enter the property.
We would love everyone to get dressed up with us! A nice suit, formal separates, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, and floor-length dresses are all welcome. The ceremony will be outside and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
While we love your kiddos, we would like this to be an adult only event. We appreciate your understanding.
After the ceremony there will be cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a buffet dinner with a variety of options including those for our loved ones with dietary and allergy restrictions. Please reach out if you have any concerns or questions!

There are a variety of places to stay in Las Vegas, whether its a casino downtown or tucked away in a quieter neighborhood. We have provided our recommendations for downtown Las Vegas on the Travel page. There is a large music festival in town that weekend so we recommend booking as soon as you can!
The venue is a 20-30 minute drive from downtown.
We recommend getting to the venue around 5pm. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30.
We plan on partying for as long as possible! Meet us at Ole Red after the reception ends if you would like to keep the party going
We ask that you RSVP by September 1st, 2025. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline we will have to mark you as declined as we have to give the final headcount to our vendors.
