The Grand Ball

3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Halloween Costume Ball! Wear whatever festive character or costume you like, with a few considerations: Please, no red attire. No Lydia & Beetlejuice wedding couples. Please ask the bride if you wish to choose a "bridal" character (ex. Emily from "Corpse Bride") Otherwise, Gothic, Historical, formal, semi-formal, or cocktail attire in all your festive best is fine!

Arrival to the venue starts at 3PM, with cocktail hour kicking off at 3:30 PM! Enjoy appetizers, finger foods, and beverages as you enter the party! There will be dancing, a buffet dinner, and dessert! Activities, music, and a Tarot reader await. This will be a child-friendly reception with candy and crafts for the little ones. Board games are welcome! As a special request, the bride and groom would love to have each family/couple or solo guest bring a shareable dessert if possible! The wedding "cookie table" is a tradition from parts of PA and OH, where families rallied together to create incredible spreads for their loved ones when a traditional tiered wedding cake was a luxury. It would add a lovely personal element in accompaniment to our wedding cake and cupcakes. Appetizers, dinner, some desserts, and drinks provided. Our venue is non-smoking. Please contact the bride with dietary restrictions or allergies.
