We chose Mexico as a destination wedding because both, Phil and Tia have always longed to spend time in a beautiful country with their loved ones celebrating!

How do I book my reservation?

Answer

Please go to this website below to book your hotel stay! We are coordinated with a specialist named, Monica who will be helping all guests to book. Do I have to book the hotel for a certain length of time?

Please stay as long or as short as you choose! We are delighted to have you there with us in whatever amount of time you decide!

When do i need to book my hotel & flight?

Answer

We suggest the earlier you book the better. We do have room block rates for the resort, which you can access on our travel page. With flights, the recommendation is the earlier the better for the best pricing, as well!

What does the price of the resort include?

Answer

This is an all inclusive resort, so all your food, drinks, and many different activities (including golf) are included with the price of your stay!

Question

Do i have to pay the full amount for my Resort reservation up front?

Answer

No! When you make your reservation, you will be charged a deposit only to start! From there, you have a variety of different options! If you choose to purchase travel protection, a minimum payment of 50% (half) of the reservation total is required for guests with Travel Protection by 11/18/2022 with the remaining balance payment required by 1/5/2023. If you decide to forego travel protection, 100% (full) payment is required for guests by 11/18/2022.

Can I bring our children with us?

Answer

Secrets Playa Mujeres is an Adults only resort (18+), which means that we are unable to welcome any children at our wedding. There is a sister resort right next door called Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort which does cater to families with children if you choose!
